GDD 2026 Weekly drop-in

The purpose of these drop-in sessions are to support you in your organising for Global Donut Days (GDD) 2026 and to create a regular space for connection and global collaboration.

When are the sessions?

The drop-in sessions are 60-minutes long every Thursday at 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM UK time.

July: 2, 9, 16*, 23, 30
August: 6, 13, 20*, 27
September: 3, 10, 17*, 24
October: 1, 8, 15*

Global Donut Days 2026: Tuesday 20th to Saturday 24th October

*Note: on the third Thursday of the month the drop-in session forms part of the wider DE Grassroots Global Connections sessions that are 90-minutes. 

How do I join?

You can join all collaboration sessions (*except 16 July, 20 August and 17 September) with this zoom link.

*For the 16th July session (that is part of the wider DE Grassroots Global Connections), you can register for the 9am session here and 4:30pm session here. Registration links for DE Grassroots Global Connections on 20 August and 17 September will be published in due course.

Who is it for?

1. Anyone with questions about GDD 2026.

2. People who wish to meet other GDD 2026 organisers and collaboratively organise an online event for a global audience during Global Donut Days.
