MindFrames is a creative education, wellbeing, and climate action initiative led by African Visual Artists Associates (AVIAS). It uses art, storytelling, nature observation, and collaborative learning to help children develop resilience, express themselves, build peaceful relationships, and imagine a more sustainable future.

MindFrames complements Doughnut Economics by helping children understand that human wellbeing and environmental sustainability are interconnected.

Social foundation: Every child deserves education, dignity, safety, participation, and opportunities to thrive.

Ecological ceiling: Communities must protect nature, use resources responsibly, and live within planetary boundaries.

Creative action: Children use art to imagine and communicate practical solutions for a fairer, regenerative future.

This makes MindFrames a natural partner for the Doughnut Impact School and Global Doughnut Days, connecting creative education with regenerative economics and climate action.
