Inspired by Kate Raworth’s recent Inner Change for Systems Change session with Plum Village, London Doughnut Economy Coalition (LDEC) invites you to an interactive workshop with Denise Pang, regenerative coach and Inner Development Goals (IDG) practitioner, as part of our Global Doughnut Days gathering at 4pm UK on Thursday 29 October.
Doughnut Economics challenges us to meet everyone’s needs within the planet’s ecological limits. But knowing what needs to change is not enough: deeply embedded mindsets, habits and relationships can keep existing systems in place.
Drawing on Donella Meadows’ leverage points and the IDGs, we’ll explore how inner change can enable systems change and more regenerative ways of working.
