Join us for a day of workshops and performances for all Glasgow folks - designers, changemakers, students, researchers, community and planet-centred organisations, this one is for you!
Doughnut Economics Scotland Network in collaboration with Universal Recognition (UR) Movement Alba Hub is bringing together creatives, marginalised communities, allies and industry experts who want to create fairer futures together in Scotland. Organised and attended by disabled creatives from the Universal Recognition Movement, we are hoping for this event to be magical!
We start with a speculative workshop to explore ideas that are fairer for all, people and planet. Introducing the ideas of Doughnut Economics and reflecting on the world we want to live in, we end with a relaxing and inspiring evening spotlighting performances and poetry by marginalised artists.
Refuweegee, a community-led charity in Glasgow will be holding a stall in the space. We have BSL interpretation throughout the day.
Get inspired, connect with others and become part of the movement. No matter how big or small your contribution is, you’re welcome to join!
