I am a learning designer, facilitator, coach, and founder of The Baobab Project, where I create learning experiences that help people and organisations rethink how they live, learn, lead, and work. My work sits at the intersection of inner development, leadership, regenerative thinking, dialogue, and systems change, exploring how personal transformation and collective action can support a more just and thriving future. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, connect across difference, and cultivate the capacities needed to navigate complexity with courage, compassion, and purpose.
