I operate at a rare intersection: I'm a practicing REALTOR® with Windermere Signature Properties, a business and PR marketing consultant, a freelance Audio Visual Technician, and a technology founder building a platform designed to change how agents and clients experience real estate from the ground up.
As a Realtor, I work with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and clients navigating the Bay Area to Sacramento corridor. What I bring that most agents can't is 20 years spanning from marketing, content development, visual media, event production, arts curation, to videography and photography. I don't just list homes. I tell their story, coordinate every moving part, and stay in my clients' corner from the first conversation to the closing table. My market knowledge spans the Central Valley, Greater Sacramento, the Bay Area, and Lake Tahoe.
On the consulting side, I work with businesses ready to sharpen their brand, scale their marketing, and build systems that hold. My background covers content strategy, SEO, UX/UI, brand storytelling, digital platform management, and advertising — and I translate all of it into clear, practical strategy through Centralis LLC.
In live production, I've worked across breakout rooms, convention halls, concert venues, and large-scale conference centers as a freelance AV Technician — installing and operating LED walls, lighting, audio systems, and full end-to-end AV infrastructure where precision is non-negotiable.
On the technology side, I'm developing an application built to close the gap between real estate agents and the clients they serve. Two decades of firsthand experience meeting a problem that has gone unsolved for too long.
Staying current matters to me. I'm actively engaged with NAR, SAR, and PCAR, completing a Mediation Certification through UC Davis, and pursuing my Certified Home Stager and Certified Luxury Home Agent designations.
