As a garden designer and artist and mother I have always cared about the planet and its future as well as for the huge inequalities of life that its people endure.   Ever since hearing Kate Raworth speak about Doughnut Economics at a Low Carbon North Oxford AGM I have been convinced that that is the only sane way to achieve what needs to happen rather than slide headlong into chaos and tragedy.  I've finally felt that I want to put my energy behind it beyond telling people to read about it.
