Bob Johnston

Dr. Bob Johnston is an oceanographer and retired civil servant who worked as a senior scientist for the US Navy on solving environmental problems. He is currently the the owner of Applied Ecological Solutions, a veteran-owned small business dedicated to solving environmental problems for discerning clients. In his spare time, Bob is an avid tennis player, bicyclist, and kayaker. He and his wife Kirstin, have 3 adult children and live in East Bremerton, where they are keen on producing their own food and building sustainable communities.
