More than 20 years of experience as manager, country coordinator and consultant in projects and programmes of EU, World Bank, IFC, UNDP, USAID, German Program of Support to Belarus, etc. From May 2019 – Project Manager of the EU-supported project “Together for Community and Nature: Strengthening of Development Process in Miory District by Partnership of Authorities and Civil Society”. Author, co-author, or editor of more than 200 publications, including 80 books and brochures. His book “Local Agenda 21 in Belarus” was published in English in 2008.
