My life partner Maria and I enjoy living in Kew Gardens, raising together Jose Pablo (22), Maria Jose (20), Geronimo (18) and Carlota (15), producing films to reconnect with nature and ancestral wisdom to raise consciousness, sharing our experiences in our blog myhaysar.com and being of service, holding space, deep weaving, sharing bread and wine, learning from our own experiences, walking and hiking.

I am a NZ-based leadership professional & 3-D athlete 🇳🇿 I'm committed to sense making, the human capacity for goodness (& coffee) The simple answer to ‘what is a 3-D athlete’ relates to the interplay between physical expression, my involvement in character development education and my connection to the environment. A (slightly) more complicated answer relates to how I have learned to think about human cognition, learning growth and how this relates to connecting with others. Essentially, it is a sensemaking process involving narratives, pattern recognition and information processing. In addition, three is the smallest number you need to create a pattern – hence ‘3-D athlete’ is my way of synthesising thought, action and relatedness in multiple-dimensions.
