At the quarentine we create El Mercado de NOA, to stay alive selling our ingredients, at firts but, months later, we see the relations with our suppliers, many or this small farmers from all around the country became stronger. I'm the Slow Food coordinator in Perú for almost 5 years, and thanks to the movement and theor strong values I can figure out the real important of food into all aspects or our lives as humans.
