I'm an Architect, passionate about community and context, I practice at the intersection of architecture and social enterprise. I believe design is a tool for a positive impact on our lives. I really enjoy helping others bring their visions into reality by leveraging the strategic design and social innovation. In the last years, I had the pleasure to team up with IaaC Institute, FabLab in Barcelona, Perugia and Utara University in Italy and Malaysia, and Impact Hub Kuala Lumpur on urban regenerative projects. I coordinated projects promoted by social enterprises and NG0s with a bottom-up approach, being supported by international Organizations like Lega Coop Umbria, CARITAS Italy, PEFC Italy, Leroy Merlin s.r.l., and innovative finance organizations like BANCA ETICA, and BCC Bank. I have been awarded projects that promote education, sustainability, urban renovation, and socio-economic renaissance. I have over 15 years of experience in the built environment industry as an architect, project manager, urban planner, interior designer, researcher, and practitioner across several architecture sectors. I have collaborated with international Design firms for a long time on large urban developments in Italy, the Philippines, Turkey, the UK, and the US, involved in the interiors of superyachts, skyscrapers, and private residential around the world. I had managed relations with Clients and international audiences like top Hotel groups, major Shipyards, and big International Developers. I have enjoyed working in the UK and Spain and spent many years working abroad.

With his diverse perspectives, Peter is a powerful facilitator to enabling business leaders address their responsibility for philosophical change. After all, we cannot use the same approaches to fix the problems of society and planet that created them in the first place. Peter exists to help business leaders solve societal and environmental challenges by seeing our place in our world a little differently. An original evangelist for organisational purpose with societal leadership, he hasn't stopped thinking about how to create greater impact with behavioural change, reigniting trust, fuelling useful, sustainable innovation and creating shared value, giving life back to society and planet. Having experienced most business sectors in his more than 30 years global & diverse working career, spanning engineering, manufacturing, sales, ERP in process industries & mining, retail & wholesale banking tech, recruitment tech and brand strategy, Peter is able to be both pragmatic and direct in any environment. And as a passionate student of human behaviour, Peter's approach to enabling impact is engaging and human centric. Peter's absolute belief is that a business philosophy and products shouldn't resonate with everyone who needs what you have, but will absolutely connect with people who believe what you believe.

I'm an artist marketer (I help artists market themselves). I've been in ethical marketing for 40 years but I also have a 1st class degree in Internet Computing. I've built a few systems that didn't quite work to help rebalance the world, I built a pairing system to make decisions as a group while dismantling whatever power systems was there, I developed that into a charity giving project. I created SimpleNews, equal news without unnecessary stress .. that sort of thing. I'm a bit of a strategic marketer into messaging and most importantly shared values. Oh, I'm also drummer in a ska band (until I move that is) and ska dj.

I help business leaders, community groups and changemakers understand how a circular, regenerative and fair economy is better for people, planet AND profit, so they can take steps towards solutions that help them thrive, while 'shrinking' our carbon, resource and ecological footprint. I wrote the award-winning A Circular Economy Handbook, published by Kogan Page, and host the Circular Economy Podcast.

I'm a Community artist and researcher. I specialise in #intergenerational arts practice, and work across art forms, growing out of my theatre background. For the last 3 years I have been working on the theme of repair, looking at how we repair our stuff , ourselves and our communities #BreaksAndJoins and we always have the conversation that starts - 'not everything can be mended'. This has got me really interested in the importance of finding new systems - #repair is not always the right way forward. I am always wanting to link the micro and the macro - find this work so helpful in thinking through this. http://www.suemayo.co.uk

Now retired, I spend my time trying to contribute to initiatives to re-make business and leave the world a better place. I have a fifty plus year career - about half in "corporate" rising to CFO and then President of a distribution business. I then spent the last half running my own consulting and professional development company. While I have a financial / accounting background my passion is people and the whole concept of organizational culture. I am involved in several volunteer capacities in lobby / influence groups. I have written a number of books on both culture and other topics. I am a father and grandfather. I was born and grew up (in terms of age) in the UK but am now a Canadian having been here almost fifty years.
