I'm a father of 3 working in the different Digital waves as a Design Strategist, Technologist and Change Agent for big companies and startups for more than 25 years. I've been working in Fjord, Accenture, World Economic Forum and I'm a Fellow of Aspen Institute. I have built teams, companies and I share my experience mentoring executives and in talks, business schools and creative communities. I could say I have been successful in changing the mindset of many people in companies, but in the end, when it comes to business, everything is about growth so I believe that the way many businesses talk about Sustainability is a placebo to free people from guilt and keep business as usual. We need humility, generosity, imagination and experienced people to make change real. In my position as a creative person surrounded by students and senior people, I feel I have a privileged view to learn from different worldviews mixing the future and the experience and connect them.

As an individual, how can I influence organisations to adopt these 'thrive and regenerate' practices and see the inherent interest in doing so ? How can changed business models be reinforced by policy at national and European levels? How can investors and major donors who help shape policy see what's in it for them?
