The Planetary Boundaries Fresco game is one way to introduce Doughnut Economics concepts from a science-based perspective. It gives participants a high level understanding of the processes that enable Earth to be habitable, helps them process emotions and leads them towards impactful action. I concluded this first PB Fresco in New Zealand with a Introduction to Doughnut Economics as a 'next possible step', including this musical chairs activity.  It was a great way to link the science with the personal - what's important to me and how might I contribute.
