As a  Strategist and Coach, I come alongside founders and to navigate with clarity, courage and intention. I co-cultivate conditions within which , and can flourish. My work centres on championing leaders to live, lead and build well, shaping ,   and that is healthy,   and oriented towards long-term value and . Working globally, I am interested in how systems, tools and frameworks can be adapted in practice to support real transformation within complex  and social contexts. Within this learning community, I look forward to gaining practical approaches I can thoughtfully integrate into my work. As a practitioner working closely with people inside systems, to support both inner shifts in   and external shifts affecting   I am keen to participate in a like-minded community of practice, learning how others have adapted DEAL tools in their own fields, exchanging practical wisdom, and exploring how these approaches can support more and life-giving ways of living, leading and building enterprises.

I am an organisational  inclusion strategist, working to support leadership with and behavioural change at individual, team, and systems levels. I do that with my own consultancy Unheard Voice. I use ( ) as a foundation for this work. This is an academically robust approach to inclusive behaviours- if you're high in CQ you behave inclusively. It can be a missing link taking some of the guesswork out of the culture and values questions in the DE model. Before working full-time in inclusion, I did it part-time, within my Consultancy.  My career for 30 years before this was working in broadcast journalism as a journalist and leader. My mission is giving the unheard voice a place to speak.
