“It is going to take innovators to design new business models and apply new technology to move beyond our constant consumption of limited resources.” — my Tedx 2018 I design programs, communities, and business strategies that serve the innovation economy. My work incorporates dynamic capabilities and design-thinking to define, build and establish projects, processes and business models that redefine growth, resilience and success for a new economic era. I am currently (re)launching Ellevara to help organizations and entrepreneurs design business models for a better world.

I am a home educator of 2 girls and a transformative coach, and through the process of becoming and being a parent, I find myself actively and joyfully recovering from life as a neo-liberal capitalist. It is a dance of revelation, horror, hopelessness and grief, and, on the flip side, deep love, gratitude, connectedness, faith - and concious action. As I see it now I'm interested in three particular threads; 1. rebuilding a local food network and recovering my own capabilities as part of this eco-agriculture system 2. how to make the umbrella term "regenerative education" 'a thing' that is seen as worthwhile, valuable and integral to our future 3. how to make and grow a self-directed education setting so that it is not dependent on parents ability to pay, within a still very capitalist economy (and ultimately make self-directed education a truly viable alternative to our coercive, colonial school model) I'm especially keen to connect with people who consider themselves part of the "regenerative education" movement to see how we can bring together our lived experience, community and collaboration to transform our capitalist culture.

I am a data engineer, analyst, and project manager passionate about working as part of a compassionate team to create a regenerative, equitable future for all. I care deeply about being part of a team that values diversity in all forms, empowers everyone to be a leader, holds compassionate spaces that allow everyone to do their best work, and works to improve social and environmental well being. I have an expertise in using data to support informed decision making, from fisheries management to financial technology. Using tools including SQL, Python, R, and AWS, I develop and manage data pipelines, analyze data to find key results, and build visual data dashboards that enable others to make decisions on an ongoing basis.

I'm a father and secondary school teacher, and I'm looking to apply what the people at are discovering to my local community. I live in a rural part of the world, and the changes our farming community has seen over the past decade have been pretty alarming. With that in mind, I would like to make connections and build on some ideas with others on this platform. I am the furthest things from an expert, which is why I'm turning to you at the DEAL community to help. Primarily, I'd like to focus on initiatives, and projects, with the goal of improving the in these areas, in local communities with the aim of building in our . Bigger picture projects would be something like , or making local communities more energy independent; also, improving to go beyond memorization but actually apply and synthesize what we're learning to improve the our lives and the lives of others. Lastly, I would also like to think about , and bring in the older and wiser members of a community to advise, plan and implement ideas and strategies that will improve the lives of the younger generations, and those to come. I believe this can a lot of this can be done by working with . I am also aware that this is not easy, and will require a away from perpetual that is mostly individualistic and towards a richer, more world that is more community-focused. Thanks for reading this far, and please get in touch.

I'm a project manager and map-maker. I've worked a lot with different types of data, especially in the Open Data space (using data that is publicly available). In recent years this has led me to an interest in sustainability in road traffic systems within Europe and towards sustainability in the more general sense. I have recently managed a couple of sustainable house renovation projects (reuse of materials, improving insulation and recycling building materials) and I'm working on editorial and curating projects in Italy, valorizing the cultural heritage.

I am an organisational inclusion strategist, working to support leadership with and behavioural change at individual, team, and systems levels. I do that with my own consultancy Unheard Voice. I use ( ) as a foundation for this work. This is an academically robust approach to inclusive behaviours- if you're high in CQ you behave inclusively. It can be a missing link taking some of the guesswork out of the culture and values questions in the DE model. Before working full-time in inclusion, I did it part-time, within my Consultancy. My career for 30 years before this was working in broadcast journalism as a journalist and leader. My mission is giving the unheard voice a place to speak.
