My work centres on championing leaders to live, lead and build well, shaping , and that is healthy, and oriented towards long-term value and .
Working globally, I am interested in how systems, tools and frameworks can be adapted in practice to support real transformation within complex
and social contexts. Within this learning community, I look forward to gaining practical approaches I can thoughtfully integrate into my work.
As a practitioner working closely with people inside systems, to support both inner shifts in
and external shifts affecting I am keen to participate in a like-minded community of practice, learning how others have adapted DEAL tools in their own fields, exchanging practical wisdom, and exploring how these approaches can support more and life-giving ways of living, leading and building enterprises.
