Working globally, I am interested in how systems, tools and frameworks can be adapted in practice to support real transformation within complex organisational and social contexts. Within this learning community, I look forward to gaining practical approaches I can thoughtfully integrate into my work.

As a practitioner working closely with people inside systems, to support both inner shifts in 

# leadership hashtag_lookup:#leadership and external shifts affecting # organisational-culture hashtag_lookup:#organisational-culture  I am keen to participate in a like-minded community of practice, learning how others have adapted DEAL tools in their own fields, exchanging practical wisdom, and exploring how these approaches can support more # regenerative hashtag_lookup:#regenerative and life-giving ways of living, leading and building enterprises.
