Hi DEAL Community! I am a designer working with how participatory and metadesign practice can be applied in opening pathways for the transitioning of systems towards preferable futures that operate within the doughnut.  My team at AFRY Experience Studios combines design futures and strategic foresight to explore scenarios that facilitate this transition. Our current focus is within impact financing that enable economics that are distributive and regenerative. We help clients create roadmaps to exnovate systems of degradation and innovate towards regenerative business practices.

As a Strategist and Coach, I come alongside founders and to navigate with clarity, courage and intention. My work centres on championing leaders to live, lead and build well, shaping   and that is healthy,   and oriented towards long-term value and . Working globally, I am interested in how systems, tools and frameworks can be adapted in practice to support real transformation within complex organisational and social contexts. Within this learning community, I look forward to gaining practical approaches I can thoughtfully integrate into my work. As a practitioner working closely with people inside systems, to support both inner shifts in  and external shifts affecting   I am keen to participate in a like-minded community of practice, learning how others have adapted DEAL tools in their own fields, exchanging practical wisdom, and exploring how these approaches can support more and life-giving ways of living, leading and building enterprises.

Hi, I'm Kate, I'm here because I'm passionate about building pathways towards a regenerative future in which people and the planet  flourish together. I'm a Regenerative Economist, Research and Comms Consultant, with an inquiring mind, a talent for languages and a love of climbing and the outdoors. I care deeply about social and ecological justice and love exploring alternative models for economics, politics and sustainable living.  Some of my current areas of interest are       #democracy
