Erinch is the business and enterprise lead at Doughnut Economics Action Lab. His work focuses on transforming the deep design of businesses to enable them to pursue regenerative and distributive strategies. Working with 22 partner organisations and over 300 businesses, he has lead DEAL’s work to create the Doughnut Design for Business tool, which enables businesses to engage with the concepts of Doughnut Economics. Erinch has been in leadership roles across business, NGOs and government. He was the chief executive of the World Fair Trade Organization, the global network and verifier of social enterprises who fully practise Fair Trade. He has also spent 7 years at Oxfam working in campaigns and programmes, including in creating and leading the Behind the Brands scorecard. Erinch has also worked at Procter & Gamble as a market strategy manager, established a furniture business and worked for Australia's aid programme in Indonesia.  Erinch is a board member of the Social Enterprise World Forum and the Finance Innovation Lab. He is also a fellow at the Post Growth Institute and a senior associate at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership where he teaches sustainable value chains to post-graduate students. He holds degrees in finance and law, a masters in international law and an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University.

| Sustainability Transitions Specialist |  Co-Founder of Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition + Scaling Coordinator in CIMMYT-CGIAR After finishing my MSc in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management in Lund University with a thesis to downscale the doughnut for Mexico City's water policies, I learned research was not enough to make a change. For this reason, I have co-founded the Tricolor Coalition (Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition) to collaborate with other agents of change to promote sustainability transitions in Mexico City. We are now developing community, informative, and capacity building activities to support Mexico City's agents of change interested in promoting this transition. I am currently also working as a Scaling Coordinator in the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center. In my job, I continue to learn about systems thinking approaches, and about what types of food innovations could be scaled (why? and where?) to create more impact.  Moreover, I also have experience in international and national public administrations, and I have specialized in the water-food-energy sectors and climate change challenges.

Hi, my name is Erin Andrea Craske. I am a transformational business and leadership success coach, mentor, trainer, and educator. I work with positive-impact-driven companies and ethical leaders who want to build profitable businesses with less effort.  Often, I meet individuals who are overwhelmed by all the different things that go into being a good leader and running an ethical business. PERSONAL On a more personal note, I love alternative rock, the arts, and art history. I passionately advocate for mental health awareness, personal freedom, and the pursuit of effortlessness in business and life. My hobbies are neatly split into two distinct categories: those that nurture my mental well-being through mindful activities such as painting, sketching, drawing, photography, and videography and those that stimulate my mind through personal growth in psychology and philosophy. SUSTAINABILITY To me, sustainability revolves around people. They shape our society, often prioritising egos over ethics, leading to personal and collective misery, and harming our environment in the process. I firmly believe that to achieve global sustainability, we must first uplift humanity. Awakening human consciousness marks the initial step toward preserving our planet. The WorldGBC's health and wellbeing framework includes six principles for cultivating a robust sustainable built environment: undertaking climate action, prioritising comfort, fostering harmony with nature, safeguarding health (including mental well-being), encouraging positive behaviour, and creating social value. I view my role in sustainability as centred on raising awareness and actively advocating for, as well as contributing to, the latter four principles.
