Doughnut Impact School Launch 2026

The Doughnut Impact School Launch 2026 marks the beginning of a new learning and action platform focused on rethinking how we understand and practice economics in Uganda and East Africa. Inspired by Doughnut Economics, the event explores how economies can support human wellbeing while operating within the ecological limits of our planet.

The launch will feature interactive learning, dialogue, knowledge sharing, and networking, creating space for participants to explore economic ideas, question existing systems, and consider practical approaches to local social and environmental challenges.

The event will take place during Global Doughnut Days 2026 in October 2026 at era92 Hub, Lungujja, Kampala, Uganda.

The event welcomes students, educators, researchers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, artists, community leaders, young people, and changemakers interested in sustainable and inclusive economic thinking.
