Join us to build a Doughnut Portrait for Espoo!
On the 23rd of October, in the spirit of Global Donut Days 2026, Donut Economics Finland Initiative or DEFI takes their pop-up – The Donut Mobile – to central Espoo to chat with fellow citizens about Donut Economics, from around 12.00 to around 15.00 – the specific location and time will be announced on our socials when they are finalized.
The plan is to use the Quick Participatory Doughnut Mapping tool designed by DEAL to gather some local qualitative data on the various dimensions of the donut – to eventually construct a local donut portrait, while giving the fine citizens of Espoo some donuts for their trouble.
- What: A DEFI donut economics-themed pop-up and free donuts
- Where: In the city of Espoo, more specific location TBD
- When: Around 12.00 to around 15:00
- Who: Anyone who stops by. Aimed at Espoo citizens.
- Why: To have conversations on and spread awareness of Donut Economics; to get qualitative insights to add to a future Donut Portrait.
