Global Donut Days is for everyone

Global Donut Days 2025 is a four-day, community-led festival, held online and in-person around the world, centred on Doughnut Economics, happening 14-17 October 2025.


2025 marks a new level of geopolitical instability in the world. From the rapid rise of authoritarian politics to military aggression, humanitarian crises and genocide, and to the sharp realities of climate and ecological breakdown, Global Donut Days is a time to come together. 

Our goal is to create belief that a different future is possible, and this is an event our community needs to build solidarity worldwide. Join us!

Please note that the DEAL online events will be recorded and available on our YouTube channel after Global Donut Days.

Want to organise a Global Donut Days event?

You can still register to hold your own GDD event and become a Local Organiser! Register your interest here. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be sent an Organiser Pack with everything you need to plan a Global Donut Days event in your place.


Any local group, network or organisation can organise events for GDD. We also welcome local governments that are working with Doughnut Economics to organise events. And this year, we’re also inviting individuals, specifically teachers, students and academics, to participate in Global Donut Days.
