Denzil Monk is a producer, social entrepreneur and academic. He is Project Lead for A Case for Cornish Public Service Media, an innovative research project and social movement that intends a transformational shift in attitudes towards Cornwall and Cornish people, language and culture, designing a regenerative new paradigm of public service media fit for the 21st century. A lecturer in film at the School of Film & Television, Falmouth University, where he combines research, teaching and innovation practice, Denzil was Associate Producer on Mark Jenkin’s breakout BAFTA winning film Bait (2018), and with backing from Film4 is producing his next feature Enys Men at independent production company Bosena.
