Rikolto is an international NGO that builds bridges of trust and trade between farmer organisations, the food industry, governments, and research institutions around this one central question: ‘What will we eat tomorrow?’. Charlotte has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh, UK and in International Relations from Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
