I thrive in complex ecosystem thinking, collaboration and storytelling that allows me to weave data driven narratives into actionable strategies that support regenerative focused transformation. By integrating nature-based solutions (IUCN Global Standard), impact and dependency analysis (Natural Capital Protocol) and Environmental Management System strategy (ISO 14001) to achieving sustainability goals, I help organizations enhance their environmental stewardship, improve resilience, manage risks, and contribute positively to society, all while reducing costs, opening new avenues for growth, and creating value for stakeholders. The tools that I wield with precision in my ESG kit include CSRD, SBTi, GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2 and 3), LCA and VCM (through insetting) aiming for net positive impact within the scope of planetary boundaries. Transformation is an iterative process that requires vision, cooperation, resilience and robust science. With a foundation in environmental science, policy, leadership and business development, I approach sustainability through a systems lens. A deep academic background including a double MSc. in Sustainable Forest and Nature Management & Forest Ecosystems, Nature and Society along with education in international policy, classic and regenerative economics, and biology allows me to bridge technical expertise with strategic implementation. My understanding of land-based value chains whether in forestry, agriculture or minerals allows me to assess dependencies, risks, and opportunities at every stage - from resource extraction and cultivation to processing, distribution, and end-of-life cycles - ensuring strategies that enhance resilience, promote circularity, and align with regenerative principles. The third wave of sustainability (regeneration) is about people, collaboration, and the ability to understand complexity that drives action. I thrive on cross-functional engagement, translating complexity into clarity, and fostering buy-in from stakeholders at every level. Systems thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are as crucial as technical knowledge in this work. As the landscape of sustainability evolves, through new regulations, scientific breakthroughs, and shifts in global priorities, continuous learning is essential. Staying ahead means questioning assumptions, refining methodologies, and embracing innovation. Every decision shapes the future, and I am committed to ensuring it is one rooted in equity, community, and accountability.

I'm a British guy, currently living and working in Denmark. I work in a private college called DNS which is dedicated to training teachers in an alternative way, by engaging with the world around. Here I run short courses about environment, politics and teaching. I think Doughnut Economics is a great tool for climate solutions, it can also be implemented small-scale and I'm keen to implement it where I can, including within these short courses.

Leo Hajducki (she/they)
Glasgow, Glasgow City, Scotland, United Kingdom
Leo Hajducki is a curator, artist, and advocate for accessibility and social and environmental justice in the arts. Currently pursuing an Mlitt in Curatorial Practice in Contemporary Art at the University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art, Leo combines their background in philosophy and politics with an interdisciplinary approach to create inclusive and transformative cultural experiences. Their practice is rooted in a focus on multisensory, interdisciplinary approaches that prioritize accessibility and inclusion. Leo’s largest project to date, Synaesthesia at Summerhall (2023), showcased the work of 21 neurodivergent artists and invited audiences on a sensory journey through neurodivergence, sensory overload, and stimming. The exhibition featured a series of immersive rooms, blending eerie soundscapes, projected visuals, mixed-media art, and interactive sensory elements. By challenging the boundaries of traditional curatorial spaces, Leo’s work centres typically marginalised voices and fosters meaningful engagement. Their approach aligns with the principles of Doughnut Economics, as they strive to create equitable, accessible, and regenerative systems in the arts and beyond.

I'm now on the look out for what is next. How might I be useful. I have said goodbye to 20 fantastic years of partnership with the brilliant people that works and have worked in Lent AS. It's been a formative journey - digging deep into process leadership - the art of leading in complexity. It's been years of working as process leaders for hire and the last 10 years using this experience and skill to train more than 5000 leaders. This important work now continues without me, but in the hands of the best crew in the world - Lent AS (www.lent.no). Now it's time for something new. I want to do good. I want to work for a world in balance - inside of the planetary and social boundaries. I want to work for the coming generations. I want to balance working globally/systemic with working locally. I want to work with good people. I want to work and play. What I might bring to the table is 20 years of expertise with process leadership (facilitation), change management, creative leadership and entrepreneurship. I also have extensive experience with development of training programs, educational courses and concepts. I've also worked as a football and handball coach for about 10 years. Specialties: process leadership (facilitation), development of training programs, concept development, leadership development and strategy development. Passions: creativity, developing people, nature, crating safe spaces for youth, fishing, hiking, running and biking.
