Alessandro Caviggia is an accomplished independent procurement consultant and former Managing Director at Accenture Strategy & Consulting. Known for overseeing simultaneous engagements and managing client stakeholders across the C-suite, he boasts over 20 years of experience in the consulting and advisory domains with deep expertise in the FMCG sector and particularly Food and Beverage industries.  Leading transformative procurement projects, Alessandro has a track record of success in driving large-scale transformations and pre/post-merger integrations in the FMCG industry. He plays a pivotal role in bringing cost optimizations in COGS and SG&A areas and contributed to achieving substantial COGS spend and CO2 reduction in the spirits sectors through innovative procurement strategies and packaging portfolio harmonization.   In October 2023, Alessandro founded 3LittleGirls, on a mission to create a sustainable and efficient future for his 3 little girls and with them all future generations. Alessandro focuses on supporting companies that share the ambition of positively impacting the future of our planet. Be it driven by a midlife crisis, some disappointment in my exposure to businesses, or just the right time to reflect on my professional life, but I found my "vocation". After fiishing Roman Krznaric book "The Good Ancestor" it became clear to me that I need to come out of the observatory and commenting chair and live up to the occasion. I want to bring forward themes like nett positive, UNSDGs and Doughnut Economics to businesses and support them to transfer into the right business model, based on democratic leadership - aiming to become a certified SEMCO consultant soon.  Until now, I have proven to be a leader of continuously developing supply chain professionals and an effective and authentic people manager of procurement professionals. A true change agent and able to bring professionals to their next level. A desire to be a truly trusted leader and business partner, internally and of suppliers. Will contribute to sustainable sourcing or any other activity committed to a sustainable business policy.

I am a recent graduate from Germany interested in how cities and communities try to implement Doughnut Economics into sustainability strategies. I studied Transformational Studies in Flensburg and wrote my Master thesis on how the city of Amsterdam is trying to use the Doughnut as part of their urban sustainability agenda. I also worked with the NELA Next Economy Lab (Bonn, GER) on a project producing educational material for NGOs und municipalities that are trying to put the Doughnut into action.

Economist from the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP), with a Specialty in International Trade Negotiations from the College of Mexico, Master's Degree in Comparative Public Policies from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences in Mexico; and Master's in Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM). He is responsible for the 2030 Agenda Commission of the College of Economists of the State of Veracruz, within which the implementation, monitoring, follow-up, socialization and evaluation of the 2030 Agenda and 17 SDGs are followed up; to the voluntary reports of Mexico before the High Level Political Forum of the UN, and to the indicators of the national framework of the SDGs. He has been collaborating since 2014 as an online teacher at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in economics and political science subjects at UPAEP and in business subjects at UVM Online.; Mentor of My World Mexico, an initiative inspired and supported by the Action Campaign for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations; Project mentor for the Fintechs for inclusion program, in Shaping Horizons, an initiative promoted by the University of Cambridge, England; that seeks the promotion of innovation to overcome the challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals beyond the country's borders.

Originally from a small town in New Jersey, life has taken me around the world and back to where I currently reside in Brooklyn. A born entrepreneur, I built my first startup back during my final year at NYU, which we later sold. Currently, I work as a futurist, entrepreneur, and community organizer. I started my professional career as a journalist, having been the first general director of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs. As a liberal professional, I was the executive coordinator of several events, including the first TED'X Porto and several national and international conferences. I have been a communications trainer for 20 years, as well as a social business consultant and mentor. Along this path, I built a solid network of contacts and experiences that allowed me to make connections that were often improbable, but always effective. Lizzy has been working with schools on Global Citizenship Education and campaigning for 24 years. She represented Ireland on the European Development Education Forum for four years, and has been a member of the steering group of the Global Campaign for Education, Stop Climate Chaos and Act Now 2015 for many years. She now works for Worldwise Global Schools working with teachers-encouraging teachers to bring Doughnut Economics in to their classrooms and beyond.  She founded Balbriggan Community Murals as part of Balbriggan Tidy Towns and is interested in activism, art, music and theatre too!
