In Mexico City, we were happy to host Global Donut Days Mexico 2025. In this post, we show some of the panels and conferences from the Day 1 and Day 2 of our event. In Day 1, we learned about the current challenges in policy and research to transit towards safe and just economies. In Day 2, we learned about potential solutions that public, private and social actors are designing and scaling towards this shared goal.
