Hi, I’m Alejandra, based in Madrid. I’m a French and Peruvian nature lover, raised in Spain. I’ve lived and worked in different parts of the world, as a Strategic & Service Designer at agencies such as Frog design and Designit. After dedicating over 10 years to design and innovation consulting, I've started working as an independent Impact Strategist on projects that create real and sustainable positive impact. I'm part of Informd, a global collective that helps bring balance between people, planet and products. I'm also working on a long-term project to re-imagine the future of education in an ecological school in Peru. I’m seeking to connect with passionate professionals that share the same values. I’m looking to collaborate on projectsand initiatives that create a real positive impact at the social and environmental level. I can bring my expertise on strategy, innovation, design for regeneration, design thinking, facilitation, service design, research, etc.

I dedicated my final semester of Global Project and Change Management to supporting MasterPeace’s FoodPrint Project in developing an educational food ecolabel inspired by Doughnut Economics. This label is not intended for the commercial market but rather as a tool for engaging European youth in learning about food sustainability through a systems-thinking lense. It highlights what makes a food product (un)sustainable from ecological, human wellbeing and animal welfare perspectives. To inform this project, my bachelor thesis focuses on identifying which sustainability criteria a food label should ideally cover to promote a food system that operates within planetary boundaries and upholds a just social foundation.

Retired for ten years from a public transport company, I currently participate in my community by maintaining hiking trails, managing two Facebook sites, one for the community garden, the other for the Lac du Rocher residents' association, and by carrying out carpentry and cabinetmaking work for our food cooperative.
