Personal Doughnut Template
A template to develop a personal doughnut

Who is it for?
This tool is to help individuals make a personal version of the doughnut. The aim is to provide guidance on lowering our impact on the earth whilst increasing social purpose and positive ways of being, helping the individual and household to thrive. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just the act of thinking about it is incredibly productive. Working with peers provides a supportive and encouraging environment to consider what action to undertake.

Ryan honors the natural and inherent beauty of human migration while still being accountable to repair settler colonial oppression and border imperialism. He resides on stolen native land, Tsêhéstáno (Cheyenne) and Hinono'eino (Arapaho) unceded territory and works towards reconciliation through Land Back initiatives. Ryan has taught and facilitated ecological literacy since 1998 both inside and outside the formal classroom with ages 5 through 18. He advocates for student achievement to be measured equally through mastery of academic skills and content, high-quality work, and character.

Lifelong learner, proud weirdo, who loves collaborative innovation, systems design & talking to strangers. I'm a musician, music & creativity coach and songwriter. I also love to instigate events, online or in person where we can cultivate the best of our innate creativity and resourcefulness as humans and make new connection points with others. Once upon a time I completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in Sydney Australia, with a focus on bioclimatic / site-specific design, with tendrils of exploration into collaborative and community design processes...
