Personal Doughnut Template
A template to develop a personal doughnut

Who is it for?
This tool is to help individuals make a personal version of the doughnut. The aim is to provide guidance on lowering our impact on the earth whilst increasing social purpose and positive ways of being, helping the individual and household to thrive. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just the act of thinking about it is incredibly productive. Working with peers provides a supportive and encouraging environment to consider what action to undertake.

As Innovation Lead in a big four, I had the opportunity to observe that too often organization are focused on the output of the innovation (mainly new technologies) rather than focusing on the talents, the culture, and building the ecosystem favorable to Innovation. Based on those findings, I decided to quit. My mission is to accompany organizations using their own talents and resources to transform and engage in a necessary transition where change is the new norm. Understanding the doughnut economy will help organizations in their cultural, economical and structural transition towards a sustainable and better future.

I am an architect, I work with natural materials and social issues, currently promoting cohousing in the Czech Republic. I have studied the principles of circular architecture and am looking for opportunities to support its development. I work on popularizing solutions to the climate crisis among architects in the Czech Republic.
