My entire career has been working to develop an organizations ability to move from collaborative to co-creative. Collaboration does not come easily to some people, but it is a skill that can be learned. Co-creation requires expanded trust and openness that only comes from authenticity. The leadership and essential to true collaboration and co-creation makes it euphoric to come to work and difficult to tell who did what, eliminating the competition and power plays so common to most organizations. As a certified Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) coach, I facilitate the movement from collaboration to co-creation as we seek to build a truly resilient world.
