I am a passionate changemaker who believes that everyone has a very important role to play in generating corrective action to ensure respectful living in harmony with the earth. This needs to happen from a personal perspective of gratitude for the privilege of life and using each situation we face to find a better solution for what we believe we've already understood.

I just starten my MSc in Globa Health at KU. Moving to Copenhagen for the first time and living abroad opens up a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Which encourages me to engage in many different areas to find inspiration for my upcoming career path. Ihave not learned anything about Doughnut Economics until today when I stumbled upon a lecture from Kate Rawoth which she gave in 2022. I was really inspired by it and I am eager to dive deeper into it and learn more about it.

I am a lawyer (since 1994), doctoral supervisor (since 2022) with Gloucestershire University, adjunct professor (since 2021) with SKEMA business school, visiting lecturer at Bucerius Law School (since 2020) and Karlstad Business School (since 2023). I am also a certified mindfulness teacher (since 2005) and initiator of a mediation room at work (mindulness at work). I am an active member and ambassador for human-centric AI with the Liquid Legal Institute. I am member of a task force on AI in higher education with Z-Inspection. My studies and professional experience is at the crossroad of law, economics (20+ years as European central banker). At present I work on projecting the Doughnut Economics into Doughnut Law and Doughnut AI as the relation between human-artificial intelligence appear to me key to conceptualise. I build on analytical frameworks offered by mindfulness, neuropsychology, and philosophy. One side focus is my care to promote that citizens are informed and heard in relation to AI. I have developped with some peers a coaching format building on the Inner Development Goals to help promote the vision that the inner conditions of the leaders is key their decisions and societal impact.

I have been a product designer and user researcher for almost 15 years. Even though most of my experience has been working with digital products, I am becoming more interested in meeting and collaborating with more people and teams that work with innovation and sustainability, contributing from a human-centric perspective, and building solutions to different social challenges.

I am always seeking to contribute to more regenerative/sustainable, ethical, and eco-socially just world. Doughnut Economics excites and inspires me for its potential to transform cities! My career journey has taken me into multiple sectors (technology, tourism, urban planning, academia, community non-profit, arts), but in all this work I have never strayed from my focus on socio-ecological justice. I am a hybrid cultural anthropologist / geographer who is building awareness of inclusive and regenerative tourism and placemaking in cities, with strategies focused on benefitting (versus exploiting) local communities (and the environment). I have a particular interest in addressing the enduring legacies of colonialism and imperialism. As an aside, I've also conducted in-depth research on Miami, Florida's Little Havana neighborhood, where I still offer (private) walking tours with a critical lens ...

Since my childhood (many years ago) I was passionate about the environment and fairness in the world. Then I became an adult and got a job, and fortunately met someone who loves me, we got married and had a baby girl. Still married and in love with my wife. Baby girl is now 21! My employers seem ignorant of the devastation we face and I need support and guidance to give me any hope for my Babygirls future

I've always worked in industry, starting in a lab and working up through process development and project management to operations management. Throughout that journey of having a focus on objects and processes to a focus progressively involving more and more people and their futures, I've come to understand the power of pictures and ideas that are supported by good data and logical reasoning. Doughnut Economics brings many, if not all of my ideas into a wider space. I have a broad range of interests crossing from the arts to science and maybe a touch of philosophy too. I'm also very practical and prefer to be making something. Sitting still is not a natural state for me.
