METAMORPHOSIS’ purpose is to reinvent territories and organizations by catalyzing and enabling organizations’ potential towards positive impact through 3 pillars :

Metamorphosis’ intervention domains are based on 4 axes : coaching and facilitation, agile project management, action learning, design of co-created / co-produced solutions and prototypes
Metamorphosis’ major areas of intervention are :

- participatory design and agile deployment of strategies, from vision to implementation of roadmaps and related projects,

- implementation of collective intelligence and participatory ways of working within small and large groups (up to hundreds of people),

- design sprint and lean startup
- agile and participatory management of projects and projects portfolios
- « fair » and « meaningful » change and transformations,
- innovative learning processes (action learning, flipped classrooms, peer-to-peer coaching, training from the back of the room,…) where participants are in the driving seat of their learning journey
