‘Hello Doughnut’ – teaching pack (in Dutch)

As part of my Master’s thesis, I adapted the ‘Helo Doughnut’ teaching pack into Dutch. The fact sheets containing explanations were translated, and the PowerPoint presentation was given a structured, more transformative flow so that it could be applied directly in the classroom.

This teaching pack was designed for use in A, D and DA settings and was also implemented on a limited basis across all three settings. Only the examples provided and the level of assessment were adapted to the groups and their respective curricula. The content remained the same, but further explanation was provided where necessary.

The pupils were certainly enthusiastic and said they had learnt a great deal. Co-teachers noted that the content was engaging and appropriate for the pupils’ level.
