Toolbox with methods for introducing Doughnut Economics and working with participatory Doughnut mapping.

The "Toolbox on Methods to Introduce Doughnut Economics and Work with Citizens through a Participatory Framework" (in Latvian) is a practical guide designed to support facilitators in engaging communities with the principles of Doughnut Economics. It includes:
- Introduction & Purpose: An overview of the toolbox's goals and its relevance for municipalities and community organisers.
- When and Where to Use It: Guidance on the contexts in which these methods are most effective.
- Target Audience: Suggestions on who can benefit from using the material.
- What is Doughnut Economics? A short explanation of the concept and its relevance to sustainable local development.
The toolbox offers a variety of participatory methods for citizen engagement, including:
- Warm-up activities (e.g. territorial mapping, greetings, and body-mind activation).
- Exercises to explore Doughnut categories (e.g. Doughnut puzzle, category introduction, personal assessments).
- Tools for collective visioning and generating ideas to improve the living environment (e.g. the "Unrolled Doughnut" and vision-building activities).
- Evaluation methods to reflect on the experience and learning outcomes.
It also includes example agendas for workshops of different lengths (90 minutes, 3 hours, and 7 hours), allowing facilitators to tailor sessions based on time and context.
