Personal Doughnut Template
A template to develop a personal doughnut

Who is it for?
This tool is to help individuals make a personal version of the doughnut. The aim is to provide guidance on lowering our impact on the earth whilst increasing social purpose and positive ways of being, helping the individual and household to thrive. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just the act of thinking about it is incredibly productive. Working with peers provides a supportive and encouraging environment to consider what action to undertake.
How long does it take?
If you choose to use the descriptors given then it can take an hour or so. If you choose to write your own descriptors then 3-4 hours may be needed to think this through.
