The Doughnut's - Three Horizon Tool!
This tool has been adopted, and specifically developed, to facilitate group work among 'Doughnut practitioners'.

Overview
Beyond merely finding, or otherwise developing, the resources (immediately) necessary to conduct a group exercise, the Doughnut's - Three Horizon Tool has been initiated specifically to help (relatively) small groups conceptually envision, discuss, and effectively strategize the organizational phasing of their overall project. Consequently, and to better assess the model's developmental capabilities to inform this process within the contextual framework of a circular economy however, we'd invite you to watch this "quick video introduction by Kate Raworth":
Why Use It?
Once customized to reflect and subsequently facilitate the Doughnut's impact on innovative (socioeconomic) change, the Three Horizons tool will prove a fascinating way of 'lending voice' to varying dimensions of a project's unfolding. Consequently, this expression of a particular 'horizon's' vantage point or agenda, evidences a complex set of "values" affording a means of deeply informing a project team's conscious trajectory over time.
Who Is It For?
Similarly then, the Doughnut's - Three Horizon tool can be envisioned as a fully interactive and participatory 'game' played among a relatively small (8 or less) group of practitioners, all--bearing the responsibility of participatory engagement enlisting the Doughnut Economics model for project design and/or operating systems development.

| Sustainability Transitions Specialist | Co-Founder of Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition + Scaling Coordinator in CIMMYT-CGIAR After finishing my MSc in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management in Lund University with a thesis to downscale the doughnut for Mexico City's water policies, I learned research was not enough to make a change. For this reason, I have co-founded the Tricolor Coalition (Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition) to collaborate with other agents of change to promote sustainability transitions in Mexico City. We are now developing community, informative, and capacity building activities to support Mexico City's agents of change interested in promoting this transition. I am currently also working as a Scaling Coordinator in the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center. In my job, I continue to learn about systems thinking approaches, and about what types of food innovations could be scaled (why? and where?) to create more impact. Moreover, I also have experience in international and national public administrations, and I have specialized in the water-food-energy sectors and climate change challenges.

¡Hi everyone! I'm a former sustainability consultant now starting my entrepenurial journey inspired by the values of the regenerative economy. I recently move to Bucerías, Nayarit, a little beach town in the Mexican Pacific where besides starting a small sustainable coliving by the beach, im learning to live "a good life" within the limits of our planet. I hold a BA in International Business by TEC de Monterrey in México and a MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation by HEC Paris in France. Long story short, in 2015 I found out about the consequences of climate change and my life changed as I was unknowningly discovering my purpose in life...to fight this crisis and help change the world is what truly makes me happy in life. That made me found out about the doughnut and, the more I read about it the more I fell in love with it. With my project I hope to bring the doughnut closer to the LATAM community in the present and future becasue I'm confident it will greatly improve the wellbeing of many many people in my country and region.
