Workshop plans for local governments

Set of workshops tailored for local governments using DEAL tools like Doughnut Unrolled, Step into the Doughnut etc.

Version 1.0 (October 2024)

Download the workshop plans as a pdf at the bottom of the page.

Overview

This tool is a set of four one-page place-based workshop plans tailored for local government users, though could be easily used in other contexts as well, as long as the discussion is focused on a single place (e.g. village, city, neighbourhood).

The workshops are based on other DEAL tools, namely Doughnut Unrolled, Step into the Doughnut, Deep Design of Cities and Places, and Presenting Doughnut Economics.

Each workshop plan has suggested duration, number of participants, key materials and set up and a detailed step-by-step agenda.

You can follow the workshops as they are, adapt them to fit your needs or just use them as inspiration to create a completely different workshop.

This is version 1 and we'll keep on adding to this tool, so if you have any feedback, do comment below.
