I believe in a world of equal rights and opportunities, where young people are active global citizens that embrace diversity with empathy and are ready to build an innovative, inclusive and sustainable future, today. As an L&D specialist, I combine experiential learning with gamification to ensure a holistic, playful and impactful approach to capacity building, adaptable to the learners' needs. In my professional life, I train youth on 21st century skills and consult businesses on experiential learning and gamification. As an activist, I do my best to ensure economics works for everyone to have equal access to thrive in the future, regardless of their identity and background. The policy I focus most of my efforts promoting in that regard is Unconditional Basic Income. Combined with doughnut economics and a 15-hour work week, I believe this is how we build a better future for all.
